I just bought a new treadmill and Iím confused, it says I only lose x amount of calories for the distance/incline/speed. Yet when I research online on this website it allows me to enter in my weight/distance/incline/speed/time. Wouldnít it be more accurate on the website rather than my treadmill that doesnít know my weight? The treadmill says the calories I burned is less than the website, so Iím not sure what to believe.
On another note, does anybody have any ideas to soothe leg pain from squats? Thanks.
