Question

ever enter a job with no contract to sign?

permanent.

or temp.

some law for that. at bare necessities, some just chatting.. pizza Dominos delivery my 1st job as a student. cash collected in field (people's homes) 1996

to post thru pigeonhole slots per driver in back corridor of shop.

cash in hand to us. free pizza after shift for friends to eat at home.

after that, all agreed, official signed, dated, personal bank account, payslips

never been without all of that. just one incident 2013. sinister.

natural to me, just discuss, off-cuff? just go ahead and do. did. anything can be complex. their poorly-designed, non-functional databases.. impossible to operate or produce purchase reports they wanted. no data properly collected or formatted/layout sufficiently. difficult cursing that directly. subtle. unsure how to criticise or attack about the situation.. Gordon Ramsay approach i should have adopted.. usefully for them & me. a few cases a bit like that.. no backups. bad schema.. signed & agreed, paid. in hindsight, i could audit, check & diagnose such faulty databases experience. hero. too late. metaphor.. someone just tell me I'm ugly. that'd help me develop myself. good to meaningfully, structurally criticise any system of a company. natural inbuilt social fear - avoid moaning? meant to help.

I can't remember the last time I didn't have some sort of an employment agreement, at the very least, that has you acknowledge that you have read and accepted key documents like the HR policies, employees handbook, non-compete agreements, non-disclosures, etc.

The one I'm in currently, just drive a truck, deliver roads for d!ck vegan, cyclists & electric car enthusiasts of the future to cycle & drive on & feel special about themselves.

They will probably have many orgasm's out there thinking about how great they are, I feel fulfilled for delivering their special moment.

And all our yesterdays have lighted fools the way to dusty death
Out, out, brief candle! Life's but a walking shadow,
A poor player that strut's and fret's his hour upon the stage and is heard no more,
It is a tale told by an idiot, full of sound and fury, signifying nothing.

Did an unpaid work experience thing, one day a week for a couple of months. No contract or any documents, dodgy AF. Bailed pretty quickly because of anxiety.

**** you and your mandatory custom signature.
